Performance
Lauren has performed at various locations in her dancing career.
​
In her adolescence, Lauren studied at Central Park Dance Studio in Scarsdale. Between the ages of 5 and 18, she performed biannually at SUNY Purchase's Concert and Recital Halls, as well as Purchase's Dance Theatre Lab.
​
In her undergraduate years at Long Island University, Lauren continued to perform with her fellow dance majors at LIU's Little Theater. She was fortunate enough to perform at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts for multiple dance finals and performances as well.

Presently, Lauren dances as a company member of Synergy Dance Collective under the direction of nancy brier.
Synergy dance collective NY
In 2021, Lauren joined the newly formed artistic platform, Synergy Dance Collective NY (formerly N/N Dance Collaborative), under the direction of Nancy Brier. Since then, she has had the opportunity to perform both on stage and in dance films.
Lauren has performed with Synergy Dance Collective NY at venues such as The Ailey Studios, Dixon Place, La Russa Performance Space, and more.
The
Martha Graham Residency
During the Spring semester of her junior year at Long Island University, Lauren worked closely with the Martha Graham Dance Company in a Residency Program.
Lauren had the opportunity to perform as an Ensemble Dancer in the infamous work, "Panorama" (1935), that was staged with the help of Martha Graham Dance Company's regisseur, Susan Kikuchi and her assistant, Cassey Kivnick.
Lauren was selected to be interviewed throughout the rehearsal process of the Residency and was featured in the PBS online series "In Motion" (Episode 4: "Martha Graham Dance Company at LIU Post").

"Panorama" was performed at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts on April 29, 2018.
